# 3972 IDE Menu Not Drawing Properly Under Non-Themed Windows (Classic)
IDE Menu (file, edit, etc) is overlapping with the toolbar it seems - there is another row of toolbar icons underneath as well.

Started with 1.0.3 - previous version was ok

Run EWB IDE.
Resetting or resizing IDE window has no effect - issue remains.
