I set the following TSizer properties:

Orientation:
soHorizontal

Layout:
Consumption: lcTop
Position: lpBottomLeft
Stretch: lsRight

Save, close and reopen project/form

The TSizer.Layout resets itself to:

Consumption: lcBottom
Position: lpTopLeft
Stretch: lsRight
